Criminal Minds spin-off gets a name.

So...does this mean they're actually ordering this series up? I know I didn't like the episode with the spin-off characters, I'm kind of surprised. I can't think of why they'd give the spin-off a name if they weren't picking it up though.

Does anyone know what the name of the song is in the first few minutes of Ashes and Dust when the unsub starts that first fire? I know this is a longshot question but just had to ask.
